About Dawn Sherburn
I am a Legal Assistant within the Property team having worked as a legal advisor in both Local Government and Private Legal Practice since 1980.
I am qualified as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and I am a member of the British Computer Society having passed the requirements of the European Computer Driving Licence in 2005.
I have a wide range of experience having worked in County and District Authorities including dealing with Mortgages, Grants, Right to Buy and Land Compensations claims, and in Private Practice dealing with Residential Conveyancing and the preparation of Wills.
I now specialise in the Preparation of Legal Charges under the Care Act 2014 and the redemption of Legal Charges under the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983, The Health and Social Care Act 2001 and The Care Act 2014.
