About Hayley Titchner
Hayley graduated from the University of Sussex, and attended the College of Law in London, following which she worked as an Associate Prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service, before qualifying as a solicitor into private practice in 2012. Prior to joining Invicta Law in 2017, Hayley worked in the in-house Employment and Education team for Kent County Council for 3 years.
Hayley has returned to the Employment, Privacy and Governance team at Invicta Law this year as a Senior Solicitor, following a return to private practice in 2021.
Hayley has over 10 years’ experience advising both private and public sector employers and employees on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Hayley also has a wealth of litigation experience representing public sector employers, including local authorities; fire authorities; local councils and all educational institutions including schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts on a vast range of litigious issues before the Employment Tribunal and County Courts. Hayley regularly undertakes bespoke training resources for her clients, including HR and school professionals.
