About Lucia Rye
I qualified in 2008 and joined Invicta Law from Sheffield City Council where I was a member of the Education Legal Team.
I assist in advising on all major outsourcing projects with expertise in setting up and incorporating public sector trading companies including drafting required governance documents such as Shareholder Agreements, Articles and Memorandum of Association and directors’ roles and responsibilities.
I have experience drafting a wide range of contracts covering works, goods and services, IT, Intellectual Property and Data Protection, funding and grant agreements and consultant contracts. I advise clients in relation to pensions when private sector companies are seeking to be admitted to public sector pension schemes.
I also have extensive experience providing training to clients, producing a series of training presentations to assist in the compliant procurement of goods, works and services.
