I am head of the Property Group, advising on sale and purchase of land and buildings and leasehold transactions for commercial, residential, development and regeneration schemes.
I studied a Masters in Law at the University of Bristol and trained and qualified in private practice 2005.
Since qualifying I have gained a wide breadth of experience working as a solicitor in both the private and public sector.
As a private practice solicitor I was a primary contact for one of the UK’s largest food retailers dealing with various aspects of their property work and management of a multi-million pound portfolio.
When working for the public sector I led the legal transactions for a number of large scale regeneration and development projects and was a Legal Advisor to Local Area Public Committee Meetings.
In my role as Head of Property for Invicta Law I deal with all aspects of Commercial Property and specialise in acquisition, development (including overage agreements and option agreements) and disposal of real estate and letting of commercial units (such as the grant of new leases, lease renewals and the agreement of licences and consents) from both a landlord and tenant perspective.
