About Nicholas Vale
I studied Law at Aberystwyth University and graduated in 2012. I then spent time volunteering as a Gateway Assessor at the Citizens Advice Bureau before completing my Legal Practice Course in 2015.
I joined a large County Council’s in-house legal team as a Legal Assistant in November 2015, before joining Invicta Law. I am now a Solicitor within the Planning & Highways team.
My practice currently includes drafting Section 38 Agreements and dealing with the subsidiary matters that follow, drafting Section 278 Agreements, Retaining Wall Maintenance Agreements, various types of highway licences and Section 115 Agreements.
I also have experience of drafting agreements between local highway authorities and Highways England concerning carrying out works on each other’s highways, agreements for the creation of new public rights of way (PROW’s), permissive path agreements and the stopping-up of highway land process.
