Equality & Diversity

Invicta Law recognises that discrimination and victimisation is unacceptable and that it is in the interests of Invicta Law and its employees to utilise the skills of the total workforce. It is the aim of Invicta Law to ensure that no employee or job applicant receives less favourable facilities or treatment (either directly or indirectly) in recruitment or employment on grounds of age, disability, gender/gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation (the protected characteristics).

In 2025, we asked our employees to complete an Equality and Diversity Questionnaire. The data received was collated and once suitably anonymised, put into the document linked below. The data has been produced from an analysis of the results of the survey, which was sent to all relevant permanent and agency staff working for Invicta Law at that time. The summary data in the document is based on all the responses received.
