I have solid experience in leading on a wide range of data protection matters – from subject access requests and DPIAs to any ad-hoc queries. I am passionate about upholding individuals’ rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act, and equally committed to ensuring the organisations I work with achieve this.
Having worked closely with schools as well as Invicta Law’s Child Protection, Community Care and Employment teams, I understand the risk that comes with handling the most sensitive personal data, and how to advise and support those who work with such information day-in day-out.
Beyond data protection, I champion Lexcel quality standards at Invicta. I enjoy working with our fantastic team of legal professionals and support staff to maintain and thrive off these quality standards, to the benefit of our clients, our people and anyone who comes into contact with us.
