Hannah Moses

Hannah began working in adult social care law in 2019 as part of an in-house local authority legal team and joined Invicta Law in 2022. She works on matters involving adult social care, inquests and asylum, including judicial reviews.

She has been involved in a variety of notable cases including A Local Authority v H [2023] EWCOP4 which addressed issues of fluctuating capacity.

She has provided training on the interaction between the Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act and has published an article in the Local Government Lawyer regarding No Recourse to Public Funds. 

She often undertakes her own advocacy where possible and embraces the challenges of complex cases.
