Kam Singh
Director of Law (COLP)
Mrs Kam Singh qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and was a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel from 2008 to 2018. She has worked in local government legal services since 1995, leading social care legal teams and advising across London boroughs and external local authority clients.
Kam brings extensive experience in safeguarding and governance, regularly advising on Serious Case Reviews, Safeguarding Practice Reviews, Inquests and is SCIE trained. She has also served as Vice-Chair of West London Mental Health Trust and held non-executive roles on the Boards of CAFCASS and the Army Cadets Safeguarding Management Board.
With over 30 years in public sector law, Kam combines deep expertise in child protection and community care with a strong commitment to ethical governance and compliance. As Invicta Law’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), she ensures legal strategy and professional standards remain robust and client-focused.
