Solicitor

Lola is an Employment Solicitor advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including tribunal litigation, redundancies, TUPE, settlement agreements and HR advisory work, as well as education-related matters. She supports a broad range of clients including schools, academies and multi-academy trusts, corporate and school personnel, and other external organisations.

After completing her LLB at Nottingham Trent University and the LPC in 2018, Lola qualified as a solicitor in September 2021. She began her legal career at EY’s private practice legal team, initially joining as a paralegal before securing a training contract. During her time there, she worked on secondments with clients such as Citibank and Tesco and completed an international secondment in Sydney, Australia. In 2024, she moved into the public sector as an in-house Employment Solicitor before joining Invicta Law in April 2025.

Lola has particular expertise in non-contentious employment matters, including corporate support and employment status work. She also provides pro bono employment law support for two UK-based charities, with a focus on contentious tribunal cases.

Known for her enthusiastic and client-focused approach, Lola takes time to understand her clients’ individual needs and provides clear, practical advice tailored accordingly.
