Administrative Assistant Apprentice - Practice Support

Neve is an Administrative Assistant Apprentice in Invicta Law’s Practice Support Team, where she primarily supports colleagues in the Employment, Pensions and Education (EPE) Group. Her role is hands‑on and fast paced, from preparing and updating document bundles to managing diaries, raising bills and providing day‑to‑day support to fee earners. She works closely with the team to help keep cases moving and deadlines on track, often assisting with Employment Tribunal matters and preparing bundles for hearings.

Neve joined Invicta Law in July 2025 after completing her A Levels and is currently working towards her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. She has really enjoyed learning how each legal team works and has found the detail and variety of work within the EPE team particularly interesting, sparking a growing interest in employment law.

As part of her apprenticeship, Neve has also trialled the Zylpha Online bundling platform, working with developers and using her communication skills to give practical feedback to help improve the system. In October, she was named Employee of the Month, something she’s extremely proud of so early in her career.
Neve brings a mix of professionalism and authenticity to her work, valuing openness, resilience and good working relationships. She handles pressure well, especially when bundles need quick turnaround or significant updates, and sees these moments as opportunities to develop her skills. Her focus on honesty, collaboration and continuous learning shapes the way she contributes to the team.

Motivated by a strong belief in public service, Neve is proud to play a role in work that makes a positive difference to the local community.

Outside of work, Neve enjoys baking and playing competitive rugby. She actively supports the Alzheimer’s Society and, with her family, fosters Guide Dogs in training.
