Alina Georgescu
Principal Solicitor
Alina joined Invicta Law in 2020 as a Senior Solicitor and was promoted to Principal Solicitor in February 2022. Alina qualified in both Romania and England & Wales. She has over 15 years of experience in child protection law in the UK and worked as a senior child protection lawyer for two busy local authorities in London.
Alina currently manages a great team of ten people comprising of lawyers, legal assistants and a trainee solicitor.
Alina is the Training Principal for Invicta Law and takes pride in coordinating the firm’s trainee solicitor programme and more recently being involved in the set up and recruitment for the new graduate solicitor apprenticeship programme. Alina very much enjoys the mentoring and training aspect of her role and is proud to be part of a team that supports growth and development.
Alina has delivered training to her colleagues, clients and other local authorities.
