Graeme Bentley
Principal Solicitor
Graeme has nearly 40 years of experience in family law, having qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and thereafter worked from 1991 as a partner in a high street practice.
He has been an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 1994.
Having represented parents and children for many years, he moved to local authority work when joining Kent Legal Services in 2010 and has been with Invicta Law throughout its existence.
As a Principal Solicitor, he advises regularly on more complex legal issues that arise in the area of child care law, provides regular training and support both to legal and to social work colleagues, appears regularly in court on urgent or more challenging cases and generally acts as a “problem solver.”
