Pam McFarland
Principal Solicitor
Pam has worked exclusively in Family Law for over 20 years. After a previous career in the City, she discovered her passion for law and qualified as a solicitor in 2003, initially acting for parents in various Family Law matters before joining Kent Legal Services in 2010. She has been at Invicta Law since its inception in 2017.
Pam deals with all aspects of child protection involving public law proceedings, cases with an international element, complex non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, child assessment orders and deprivation of liberty. She has also undertaken advocacy in the Family Court and FDAC.
In 2016, Pam was appointed as a Principal Solicitor and she currently manages a dedicated, hardworking team of ten people, including lawyers and legal assistants. She meets regularly with senior clients to gather feedback and provide updates on current law and procedures.
